          HOW TO MEASURE


          Dear, if the standard size not fit you, don't worry, we can custom made in your measurements, and price is same.

          If you want custom made, please measure your body according to the measurement guide, after you measure, please send your measurements to us, our tailors need to know.

          Dear, if you don't want suit picture color, we can custom made as your request.

          Here is color card, please confirm which is ok for you, then tell us. Or you can send the color you want, then we'll follow your request strictly.

          Shipping


          2). Any items you order shall be only shipped after your payment is received by the Third Party (Bank ) We ship the item for customers through China post air, EMS, UPS, DHL, Fedex or Air Mail, according to actual situation .


          3). You will be notified by email with the tracking number once your package be shipped out. Delivery time shall based on different countries or regions around the world.


          4). As for the delivery destinations (your address) where only DHL or UPS are available, if it is the so called remote area by DHL or UPS, the additional fee shall be paid by the buyer.


          5). We shall not take the responsibility for any shipping accidents, delays or other matters result from shipping carriers or force majeure reasons.


          6). For package missed on the way to the destination, we would try our best to contact with the express company and update the latest information for you. However, there may be some delayed reply because of the time difference.


          Return & Refund

          As always, if the item is unsatisfactory, please do contact us first for a quick and satisfactory resolution.
          (1)Return
          Please contact us within 48 hours after receiving the item. The returned item must be in perfect condition. For dresses, you also need to pay 30% total amount of order as restock fee. It is required that the item or dresses should be returned to us within 14 days after the return request is accepted.
          Return shipping charges will be the buyer's responsibility.
          (2)Exchange
          Exchanges are only allowed for the items which are defective, wrongly shipped or damaged upon receipt. All items can only exchange for equal price replacement, please be aware that we will issue the replacements only after your returns have been received.
          (3)Procedures Of Return And Get Refund
          Contact our customer service immediately.For the issues you mention, we need you provide evidence to prove.We will give you the returning mailing address.
          After the returned item by you is received, we will refund you in 3 to 7 working days by Paypal. Rush order fee and the shipping cost you paid before is non-refundable.
